This weekend Lush Wine & Spiritsin West Town will host Chicago’s first pop-up gastro bar on July 21 and 22. The concept will provide diners the chance to taste experimental cocktail and food pairings crafted by Mixologist Adam Seger and ChefTim Graham. The pair first worked together at TRU more than 11 years ago and is reuniting for the unique opportunity to create a seven-course tasting menu.
